Do we all speak the same language?

There are roughly 195 countries in the world, but how many languages are there? As of this year, there is an estimated 7,111 languages spoken around the world, of which 150 to 200 of those languages are spoken by more than a million people; but what is language? In its definition, a language is a structured system of communication which involves a collection of dialects. However, the question still remains as to how and when language originated, some theories have argued that language originated from emotions, while others have held that it originated from rational and logical thought. Nevertheless, even if these were true, surely there must have been one universal language that all these other languages derived from; I mean what if we all speak the same language but just communicate it differently?

Lets think about it for a second, imagine if there was one universal language and all other languages that exist are just various interpretations of that one language. For example, “Hello” & “Hola” both have the same meaning but are just different interpretations of each other. In addition to this, there have been cases where twins have been know to create there own language to communicate with one another, but only they understand it. One known case from the 70s, is that of Poto and Cabengo, (real names Grace and Virginia Kennedy but they gave each those names) who are identical twins from America and they created there own language until the age of about 8. Linguistic analysis revealed that their language was a mixture of English and German, which therefore shows that they created their own language from their interpretation of those that already exist. So in a sense, it could seem that we all just have different ways of communicating the same language. On the other hand, when we speak, do we actually know what we are saying?

Nothing makes sense unless you understand it, we decode vibrational frequencies of what makes sense to us and of what we understand. Someone could be talking mandarin to you, but unless you understand that language, you will not be able to decode its vibrational frequency to know what is being said. I have always wondered whether we all sound the same to those who understand the language being spoken, so whether two people speaking mandarin would hear each other in the same way that two people speaking english would hear each other… I guess we”ll never know.

In my opinion, the only thing we innately understand is frequencies and energies, when we get certain vibes from people this is our way of communicating through vibrational frequencies and we can usually figure a person out without psychically speaking to them. So maybe this is the universal language that we derive our various interpretations (languages) from.
